To satisfy the requirements of the property buyer, by providing expert, independent advice. We will represent the buyer exclusively in the property purchasing process, ensuring that the right property is secured at the best price and under the most favourable conditions.

Who We Are

A National Association of professionals that provide expert property advice to buyers of real estate. We undertake to represent buyer's exclusively in the property purchasing process. Our members do not hold listings of property and do not sell property. All members are committed to providing a range of services exclusively to the property buyer to ensure they are adequately represented in the real estate transaction.

Criteria for Membership of the PBAAA

1. Applicants to be nominated by member and complete application form.
   
   
2. Membership committee of three (3) to make decision on appointment of a new member, with casting vote resting with the president.
   
   
3. Applicants must be fully licensed real estate agents in the state they operate within.
   
   
4. Applicants must have a minimum two years experience as a buyer's agent.
   
   
5. Applicants must have minimum 5 years property or related industry experience.
   
   
6. Applicants must be an exclusive buyer's agency.
   
   
7. Applicants must provide full disclosure of any prior offences.
   
   
8. Applicants must hold professional indemnity Insurance.
